Companies who are hiring will often post Now Hiring or Help Wanted ads on job boards. Unlike businesses, the world doesn’t post an ad or sign when help is needed. There is often an occurrence that displays an outcry for aid. The bible says in Matthew 9:37 KJ The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few. God needs your cooperation and assistance to serve this evil world. Will you answer the call?

We all need to ask ourselves this question - why do I do what I do. Why am I making this post, why am I buying this house, why do I want this career, and the list could go on. Sometimes the motive is to prove to others a status of importance. When one doesn't fully grasp who they are in Christ, their motives will often be driven by a need for others to perceive their significance.
