Confidentiality Agreement

Confidentiality within the group setting is based on mutual trust and respect and is a shared responsibility of all group participants and facilitators.

By registering for and attending a course at Deeper with Danielle Institute, you agree to keep the confidentiality of all participants.

By registering for and attending a course at Deeper with Danielle Institute, you agree and understand that information will be kept confidential unless it poses a direct threat to oneself, others, or property. Legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality include: a clear or present danger to harm yourself or another, knowledge of the abuse or neglect of a minor child or incapacitated adult, or responses to a court subpoena or as otherwise required by law.
 
By registering for and attending a course at Deeper with Danielle Institute, sharing information in a group setting is by choice and you release holding Danielle Brown "Deeper with Danielle" and Deeper with Danielle Institute responsible for details that are shared outside of the group by other group participants.
